'PureProvisions started with one simple vision: to offer authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Moretti lineage in 1985, our little pizza shop began as a family-owned venture with recipes passed down for generations.
Tony Moretti, our pioneer, mastered the pizza craft on her journey across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza was conceived. When she returned to the UK, her goal was to replicate the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, staying true to classic techniques and selecting only the finest materials.
Our once quaint 12-seat eatery has now transformed into an esteemed neighborhood gem, yet our dedication to superior quality and authenticity has remained steadfast. We continue using traditional wood-burning ovens, our dough is prepared fresh each day, and we procure the most exceptional ingredients available.
These days, 'PureProvisions' is still under family ownership and direction, with the Moretti descendants now inspiring our dedicated crew. While we've adopted certain contemporary advancements, the essence of our enterprise stays unchanged: to serve delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
