Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Orders that have not been prepared or dispatched for delivery may be canceled without any charges. However, once the preparation has started, we are unable to accept cancellations. On the rare occasion that an item you've ordered is out of stock, we will reach out to you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.
Refunds for Order Issues
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order due to missing items, incorrect items, or other discrepancies, you must report it immediately to +44 20 7946 0958, within 30 minutes of receipt. After substantiating the claim, we will offer a re-delivery, credit, or refund to your original payment method. Please note that the decision for refund is at the discretion of the management.
Quality Concerns

We will need a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, photographic evidence. After review, management may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation. Quality concerns raised after the specified time frame may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment. If you made your payment in cash, the refund would be issued to you either in cash or as store credit at PureProvisions, as per your preference.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain sales are considered final and are not eligible for a refund. These include gift vouchers, promotional offers, and products from our Specials category, unless there is a quality issue confirmed by our team.
